Getting Pregnant After Stopping Ortho-Cyclen: What to Expect

I have been on the bith control pill for about eight years. (Ortho-Cyclen 28 pack) When I decide to get pregant, will it be harder for me since I have been on the pill for so long? About how long would it take?

Thanks for your question. Please also check with your doctor as I'm not a medical professional. There is no way of knowing how long it would take for you to get pregnant after going off the pill. Some women can get pregnant right away and some it takes 3-6 months or longer. It's best to get the hormones out of your body and get your cycle back to somewhat normal before getting pregnant.
