Concerned About Missed Period After Potential Pregnancy - Seeking Information

Question
Ok I am goin to tell you everything that had happened and if u would please respond soon so ill have an idea. Me and my girlfriend both had sex for our 1st time on sept. 4th. i pulled out and also wore a condom. She began her period on the 16th of that month. We then had sex on the 17th (so the 2nd day of her period) which i used a condom with a spermicide lubricant on it but this time did not pull out when i ejaculated. Well she is now 10 days late for her period but I think its because she is so stressed and scared she could be pregnant. But we were talkin about it and she said when we did it while she was on her period after we did it (the 2nd day) it pretty much made it stop so it only lasted 2-3 days. Is it possible for that to make it stop and should i be worried about her being pregnant?

If you would please respond ASAP! thank you.";

Answer
If her period started on September 16, she could not have ovulated until, at least, September 29. She could not have become pregnant unless she had unprotected sex on  September 28,29,30, or October 1. She could not have become pregnant on the second day of her cycle because she would not have ovulated yet. Certainly, since she got her period on September 16, you did not cause her to become pregnant on September 4. Once a girl gets her period, she is not pregnant. If her last period started on September 16, she was due for her next period on October 13 and is now 15 days late. A pregnancy test should be taken seven days after missing a period. If it is negative, she is not pregnant. Another thing to bear in mind. There are over 300,000 sperm at the tip of the penis prior to ejaculation. If you try to withdraw the penis before you ejaculate, these sperm may be "milked" into the vagina and a pregnancy can occur. Also, remember that condoms are only 85% effective, even with a spermicide. However, if it was only the second day of her cycle, she could not have conceived.
