I am guy, need help whether my friend is pregnant or not. Please let me know as early as possible. Your help is of immense help.
My friend (girl) have done a ultrasonography of her pelvis/uterus (Date 10/10/2005) 22 days after she had sex. The report was like:
1) Uterus: Is anteverted & measures 6.3*3.2*3.3 cms. The myometrial echoes are normal, no evidence of focal lension. Endometrium is thickened and measures 10mm. No evidence of solid or cystic component in the endometrial cavity.
Then again she has done the ultrasonography of pelvis on the date4/2/2006 i.e. 136 days after she had sex and the report is like:
Uterus:Is anteverted, normal in size, shape, echotexture & measure6.7*3.5*3.7 cms. The myometrial echoes are normal, no evidence of focal lension. Endometrium appears thickened and measures 10mm. No evidence of solid or cystic component in the endometrial cavity. No evidence of intra /extra uterine gestational sac. Internal os is closed. On colour doppler study, the endometrium & myometrium reveals normal vascularity. No evidence of any focal area of increased vascularity.
Here I found a bit difference in the size of uterus. Please let me know whether she is pregnant or not.
Thanks,
Manu

According to this she is not pregnant.
It says no evidence of gestational sac. The uterine size could just be due to a change in her cycle, I suppose. If she was pregnant 136 days after she had sex you would DEFINITELY see a living baby in there. That is almost 5 months!
So I would have to say no, not pregnant.
good luck. a
AnswerThat could be anything else but she is not pregnant, according to the informatoin here. They would have seen a baby growing in there if she were pregnant. There are other things taht can cause an endometrium to grow.
If you are that worried, why not ask the doctor? What does the doctor say? Do you think the girl is hiding a pregnancy? if you think this, she is not. A fetus at 5 months is VERY visible on an ultrasound.
