Understanding HCG Levels at 13 DPO: Pregnancy & Multiples

Age: 26, Child: 1 daughter 12 months old

I had an IUI done on 9/7/05 and I had many follicles at that time. The biggest one was 34 and many were in the 20's. My hcg level was 160 13 dpo(9/20)is that high? I feel more pregnant than with my first child. Could there be multiples? Is it normal to have a follicle at 34?

An HCG value of 160 is very low. If you had the IUI perormed on September 7, it is quite early. The best time to take an HCG would be 21 days dpo, at which time the HCG should range from 100-5000. There is no way to determine if you have multiples until you take a sonogram (around 5 weeks dpo). Good Luck.
