It does not sound like you are pregnant. YOu have not missed your period and it did come at 27 days, which is completely normal. (It is not normal to have a 42 day cycle). Since you have not missed a period and do not have nausea, fatigue, or breast tenderness, you do not have any symptoms of pregnancy. Headaches, knee pain, or varicose veins are not symptoms of pregnancy. If, of course, you do not get a period next month, take a pregnancy test and you will know for sure. I would suggest that you see a gynecologist and start birth control pills to regulate your cycle to one of 28 days.
AnswerThe symptoms of pregnancy are nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness (along with missing your period). If you the bleeding you had on October 2 was not your period, by now a pregnancy test would be accurate. If y8o have any suspicions of being pregnant, take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, you are not pregnant.
