Light Bleeding After Pill Discontinuation: What to Expect

I had my period july 27th and today august 10th i had some light
brown and light pink discharge in my underware, I am really
concerned and don't know what to do. I have been taking
birthcontrol pills since april and I stopped taking them 3 days ago
and I have not been sexually active since then.Can you please tell
me what to do because I am really stressing out.

Hi Cassandre,

You are having bleeding because you stopped your birth control pills.  It is called withdrawl bleeding and it has to do with your body withdrawing from the hormones it was receiving from the birth control.  It isn't anythign to be concerned about!  Good luck!
