I am going to a fancy dinner with my family this weekend and I want to look nice. I am wearing a chocolate brown dress with brown shoes and brown hose.. I am trying to throw some color in so I am wearing pink accessories (earrings, necklace, and bracelate) I have a pretty fair complection, long dark brown hair, and hazel eyes.
If you could give me any advice as to what colors I should use for my makeup I would be greately appreciative! Thank you!

This is always hard advice to give without actually seeing a picture of you. But, going by the info you've given me, here's my suggestion.
A frosty pale pink lip color, pale pink shadow or even pink powder blusher on your eye lids (and ivory would work as well) and brown or taupe eye shadow in the crease of your eye lids and swept lightly over your brow bone. I would then suggest smudging the brown/taupe shadow along your lower and upper lash line. Use a light touch, so you don't get a racoon look :) Pink nail polish in the shade of your lip color would also look fab. And, of course, pink blusher.
