Light Periods After D&C: What to Expect & When to Worry

Hello,
I had a D&C in February and since then, I've had 2 periods which were both very light.  I'm wondering if this is normal after a D&C or if I should be concerned.  I did have spotting for 3 weeks after my first period, so my doctor checked my progesterone level a couple of times, which showed I had a late ovulation.  I'm wondering if I should be concerned about scarring or if light periods are common after a D&C.

This can be normal for the first few months. However, if continued for 4-5 more months, it may indicate to the formation of some intrauterine adhesions. Examination and may be endoscoy may be needed for proper diagnosis should this mild periods continue.
