Fetal Heart Rate Concerns in Early Pregnancy: Viability & Next Steps

i am about 8 weeks prgnant i had an ultra sound about three weeks ago and they told me the fetus had a pole rate but no heart rate can the pregnancy be still viable or am i just wishing  my levels r going up or should i have a d and c
