Possible Pregnancy Symptoms: What to Do When Tests are Negative

I haven't had a pregnancy since early July and I've taken numerous pregnancy tests and they all have been negative. I'm really concerned because I feel constant movements in my tummy. I've been to planned parenthood to take these tests, is there a chance that I could be pregnant without any positive urine tests?
