Understanding Unusual Lower Abdominal Feelings & Breast Tenderness

Hi i have written to you before and it turned out in the end that i was not pregnant. Now i am having the same problem but this tim i am having these weired feelings in my lower stomach its had to explain but they come in waves whether it be a smell of food or perfume ect.. its almost like a wave of nausea but i dont get sick and it only lasts for a couple sec. i also have a sore right boob normally they both hurt but this time only my right one. I bleed on Jan 11th so i think it would be impossible to be pregnant. I keep on thiking that all this is due to my eating disorder ( could my ovulation be early or late from my ed?)and i am really scared that if i am pregnant that i could harm my unborn child and i DO NOT want to do that in anyway this is why i ask for your opinion. Thank you for your input.

I don't think you could be pregnant, right about now is your time for ovulation, if you are ovulating.  From the sound of your symptoms it seems more likely to be a digestive concern.  Your breast pain could be from ovulation or from something unrelated to your cycles.  An eating disorder could keep you from ovulating.  

Have you been taking your temperature in the mornings before you get up?  If you do that and keep a graph of the temperature, you will have a better idea about your status.  Temperatures go up at least .4 degrees and stay up from the day of ovulation until your next period starts.  

You might want to try that for a couple of months to see what the pattern is.  that would help you and your doctor in the future when questions like this come up.  You are welcome.  I'm always available.
