Possible Pregnancy Symptoms: What to Do When Your Period is Late

My body has been acting werid the past few weeks and Im not sure wether or not I could be pregnant! I  had a regualr period at the end of august. My september period never came. i had a urine test and the doctors and it came up neg. October 5th i started having spotting but it was a browinsh pinksih color and it lasted up untill the 7th or so. i took a home test and no lines, not even the testing lines in the test control window showed up, later that week i took another test it still said neg. october 17th i had some brown spotting again...could i be pregnant? or what could be wrong?

I'm not sure, but I would suggest scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist to determine why you aren't getting your period.

It doesn't appear that a pregnancy is causing your symptoms.  There are many reasons why a woman would not get her period; a gynecologist can help determine what is causing this in your particular situation.
