ANSWER: Dear R K,
I'm sorry for taking so long to respond. I wasn't able to get to the computer until tonight.
According to the dates you gave me, it is possible that you are pregnant. If you are, then the spotting is probably from implantation, which is when the baby attaches to the lining of your uterus. This can cause a little bit of bleeding and sometimes light cramping.
The home pregnancy test isn't always reliable and could sometimes come up negative this early on.
You didn't mention if your periods are heavy or light, and for how long you bleed. That would be relevant in knowing what the thick endometrial lining is. It could be anything, and should be checked out, but obviously not while you're pregnant.
If you still don't get your period after 10 days, I would suggest insisting that the doctor do a blood test to check for pregnancy, before doing a biopsy.
I wish you the very best of luck, and please let me know if I can help with anything else.

QUESTION: Thank you very much for replying to my message promptly. My periods are usually for 4days and its totally red with 1 or 2 drops of brown spotting and my periods are average not heavy nor light.I would surely wait for a week and check for home pregnancy test also I am planning to change my doctor as I really dint get any proper response from her as she dint have time to talk to me also.
AnswerDear R K,
I'm glad that you are going to change doctors. A caregiver who doesn't give you good care isn't much of a caregiver, right?
Remember, You are hiring them. So YOU can fire them.
And you deserve the best care.
Maybe you can try to see if there are any midwives in your area. Usually, midwives who own their own practice are much more likely to give you the quality, individualized care that you deserve to have.
Let me know if you would like help finding one in your area.
I would love to hear about the outcome of this issue, if you have a moment to send off an email.
I wish you all the very best.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Good luck,
Sheva
