normaly i bleed not medium but light for some reason this time i am very heavy 36 150lbs 5ft 4in

Sometimes people can be pregnant and have abnormal periods, so you should check whether you are pregnant.  Also, this could indicate that you could have an infection, or it simply could be just an abnormal period that may correct itself next month.
