QuestionHi i'm Jenna and im 18 at the moment.my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex on the 4th sept. which was also the 2nd day of my period. My period soon came to a bit of a sudden stop and about 1-2 weeks later i started getting pregnancy symptoms.By the 2week mark i took a 2pregtests at home.1 positive and the other negative. the symptoms continued and by 3weeks i started experiencing a great deal of pain in my stomach which also spread to my back to the point that i cried. It came and went all the time up to today.it comes at night now but not as bad. I'v had this clear and smelly discharge since about the three week mark and i'v also been bleeding since that time. From what i read on the internet i take it i had a miscarriage but i'm confused about what to do. I want to go to the doc but if i do and they refer me to the gynocologist i can't go as i can only afford one of the two. I also am scared as i read if i have a infection it can lead to infertility and i really want to have kids one day.Could you explain whats wrong? Please help as i am total lost. Unfortunately, the details of your story don't quite make sense. It is not possible to become pregnant when you are on your period, unless the period was not a normal period and mid-cycle bleeding (at the time of ovulation). I would recommend that you see your gynecologist for further evaluation. I cannot give you any specific answers via this site without further testing.
