Possible Miscarriage or Early Pregnancy Loss: What To Do

I am 32, I have 3 kids and the date of my last period was 3-23-06.

A week ago I missed my period and took two pregnancy tests.They both came out positive. Today I started bleeding (like a period)I took another test and it is negative. I called my Dr.s office and the nurse never called me back. What could be going on and what should I do?

If your las5t period staarted on March 23, you wo uld have ovulated around April 4 and could have conceived if you had sex on April 3.4,5,or 6, If you did become pregnant on one of those days a pregnancy test will not show a positive result until 14-21 days later. The best  time to take a pregnancy test is seven days after missing your next period. You were due for your next period on April 19. Therefore, the best time to take a pregnancy test is after April 26. It may have been too early to take the pregnancy tests prior to April 26. If there are still any doubts, take a blood test for pregnancy and you will know for sure.
