Ganglion Cyst Removal from Little Finger: What to Expect

What can I expect from surgical removal of a ganglion cyst on the middle joint of the little finger? Before surgery? During surgery? and After surgery?

Answer
mostly mild pain, but... if it is truly a ganglion cyst, I would not have it removed unless it were causing a lot of problems.   I would wonder whether it might be a giant cell tumor (not cancer)

That is where those occur and they tend to recur....
