Questioni was prescribed flagyl for an bacterial infection. after i finished my one week cycle my boyfriend noticed red itchy bumps on the head of his penis i had slight itchiness but that went away. do you think his bumps could be a reaction to the antibiotic? if not then what could it be?

That area is sensitive... it could simply be irritation... if he is uncircumcised and retains stuff (smegma) around that area, it can be a yeast infection. Since it came on quickly, it probably isn't genital warts. Itchy but not painful, probably not genital herpes.
Wait and watch, if it doesn't go away quickly, then consider getting him evaluated. (that means about 3 days) safe sex until resolved....
