Question
QUESTION: i am sick from 2 months first i had severe pain in my kidney and burning during urination and in bladder i did all investigation i have nothing in my body except they discover that i have endometrisois cyst on the ovray and i am taking Contraceptive pills  ididn,t have pain i just have severe burning in urine and now i feel burning under my skin i can't sleep  does endometrosis cyst can cause that?

ANSWER: Hi Wallaa
Well, endo can cause a variety of odd sensations in a woman. But I am not sure your symptoms are indicative of endo.
I would contact my doctor and describe how you feel. I have had sleepless nites with endo, and i have also had painful urination. But the burning under your skin sort of stumps me...
Are planning to have th cyst removed? BC pills will definitely help curb the discomforts of endo.
My best advice would be to see or tell your doctor what is happening. Endo is a tricky condition!
    I hope you feel better.

QUESTION: hi martha
thanks for your reply. did you have burning sensation and burning in urine all the time? it doesn't stop with me from 2 months. My doctor aren't sure that endo cause me that but i have no other reasons for it . did you advice me to remove it because i am so scared from that . i am looking forward for you reply.

Answer
Hi again Wallaa
I did not have the burning sensation all the time, just occasionally thru the month.
Usually, doctors will remove cysts, especially with endo. But like I said, sometimes doctors will use hormones (birth control pills) to help shrink these growths. I had a cyst and endo on my left ovary and  my doctor removed the cyst and took out 1/4 of my ovary that had severe endo on it.
It isn't horribly dangerous that your doctor doesn't take out the cyst...but it would be a good idea to keep an eye on it.
Don't worry yourself about it...maybe get a second opinion from a specialist. These doctors usually come under the title of "high risk/fertility", these doctors deal with endo and other high risk female conditions.
Let me know what you find out! hang in there!
