Persistent Burning Sensation: Causes & Possible Explanations

Question
My legs and arms, mostly my legs, feel like I have rubbed deep heat on them, now the burning is beginning to move into my back and the back of my neck.
At first I thought it had something to do with the ovarian cyst I was diagnosed with, because my dr told me it was pressing my uterus towards the back which was making me have lower back pain.  I went and had a CT scan, which didn't show any cyst, the only thing they found was my pottassium was low and my kidney function was low.  My doctor told me since the cyst didn't show up on the CT scan and a week before I had the scan I was in all that pain, that the cyst must have burst.  Well I went with that, since my legs were not burning and the cyst were gone.
Weeks later the burning came back.  It didn't just burn this time, they hurt and felt like the were swelling/throbbing, I literally couldn't move them.  I called my doctor and she sent me for a MRI.  Nothing showed up on the MRI.  I'm not sure what direction to go in now.  I'm gong to see a nerve doctor in 2 months.  Could something be pressing on a nerve?

Answer
Yes, it could be but it is more likely to be metabolic or nutritional since it is recurring. OK?
Ask your doctor if you could take the following:
1) omega-3 fish oil 2000mg morning and evening(take frozen)
2) high potency b complex morning and evening
3) Caltrate with  Vit D morning and evening
4) Magnesium 500mg morning and evening
5) vitamin C ester 1000mg morning and evening
6) multivitamin daily for age and gender
7) Vit B 6 50mg three times a day

Because of the modern agriculture processes, these are not generally present in the foods we eat today unless you grow your own vegetables without fertilizers and eat your own chicken eggs and beef grown on grass on your own farm. OK?
The symptoms you present are those of Vit B 6 Deficiency but are made better with the regimen above if OK with your doctor but it will take 12 weeks to get the full effect. OK?
