Abdominal Gas & Heartbeat Sensations: Possible Causes & What to Do

The past two months I have been experiencing a lot of gas and for some reason I can feel my heart beat. I can feel it in my ears or hands and other parts of my body. I do not have heart burn or nausea or an upset stomach. Some days it is more prevalent than others.I do not have chest pains. I jog three times a week.I am 61 years old. I feel good otherwise. Can you suggest what possibly could cause this? Than You.

It is hard to say.  I suspect you found the heartbeat once and just keep thinking about it.  If I think hard enough I can feel my heartbeat/pulse in many places.
As far as the gas: Have you changed your Diet lately?  More stress?
As with anything if you are concerned you should see your Dr.
