Understanding Persistent Inflammation: Causes & Potential Solutions

Question
What causes inflammation in your body.
I have had tests and they show inflammation
in my bladder,stomach,and have had two eye disease
that are caused from inflammation.
What could make my body have so much inflammation but no one can find out what is causing it.
Problems were Inflammed Gastric Antrum,
Scleritis in eye,Blepharitis in both eyes
and now my bladder show that it was inflammed.
Any clues to what could be going on.
Do not have arthritis and was tested for antibodies.

Inflammation all over could be a large viral infection, could be one of the auto-immune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or others.  If I suspect this, the first thing I do is screen for blood inflammation thru a sed rate (ESR) erthyrocyte sedimentation rate and/or C-reactive protein.  Then, if these are elevated, I go further into the more esoteric rheumatologic tests.
