AnswerHello Sarah. Part of your problem is simply normal for pregnancy- your blood vessels are very dilated due to hormones of pregnancy. When you change position from lying to sitting or sitting to standing, you must do it VERY slowly to allow time for your blood pressure to adjust. You must also keep your blood sugar at a constant level with protein- NOT SUGAR!!!. You must eat some form of meat, peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, cheese etc. every two hours while you are awake. Hope that helps- Cheri.
