Why Am I Always Cold? Understanding Low Body Temperature & Potential Causes

I am cold even if the temperature is 75 or 80 degrees inside. People tell me "It hot in here, yet I am cold.
Can you tell me why and if there is something wrong that my doctor can help me with?

You may just have a naturally lower body temperature, but it may also be a sign of something more serious like Diabetes, Hypothyroidism or Infection so you should go discuss it with your physician who can run some simple blood tests to rule out the more serious conditions.
