Low White Blood Cell Count: Causes, Anxiety & Next Steps

i have recently benn undergoing test for tick fever no true results yet my whitecount dropped to .9 now is back to 2.8 as of two weeks ago  scheduled for more blood work nextweek have had numerous test for thyroid liver function pancreas etc. all come back negative  could this a connective tissue disorder and how do I get my Doctor to check for them. I,m extremely anxious about this. ihave also had nausea everyday for past two years have been put on lexapro and ativan but still nauseated and tired please help

a lot of viral infetions can cause low white counts.... when all the other tests come back normal, we usually ignore it... it does not affect your immunity.  lexapro can cause a little nausea.... why not try a little over the counter zantac twice a day for a few days and see if that helps....
