Understanding Blood Test Results: Low WBC, RBC, and Potential Causes

Question
I had swollen lymph nodes and got blood test done.I was on antibiotic for a week and the lymph nodes reduced its size.When i had the blood test done before taking anitbiotics, i got the follwoing result

WBC - 3.1
Rbc - 4.12
HGB 12.8
HCt -37.8
MCV - 91.7
MCH - 31.
PLT - 199
RDW - 11.0
Lymph - 19.0
MONO - 14.8
Neutro - 65.8
RBC SED rate - 24

My doc advised me to go for one more blood test later.Some friends told that low wbc and rbc is anemic or leukemia.Does this blood test results suggest anything like that.Do i need to take another doc opinion.Please help me

There is no leukemia!!!! a little low on the wbc doesn't mean anything and since the lymph nodes are getting smaller, I would imagine you are simply getting better.  You could get another cbc, but if you feel fine, i wouldn't get it repeated.... hope this helps....
