High CK Enzyme Levels: Understanding Your Lab Results

This is for my daugter. She recently had some lab work done. The results of her muscle enzyme(ck) were 387U/L
and the normal range is 0-200. What does this mean? I its
high, but would cause this to be so high?

a cpk high doesn't much at face value   if someone was exercising or running, it could be up... I would have it checked again, after a day of no significant exercise and good fluid intake and if elevated, then further evaluation is required..........  Hope this helps.
