Vision Changes & Ear Pressure After Injury: What's Happening?

i have broken my finger and foot skating befor and when i did my vision started to get all white and my ears started to plug up and i fell pretty hard today and the same thing happened..what is this?

the pain is causing a "hormonal chain reaction" where some chemicals are released that drop the blood pressure and slow the heart rate....    it happens from pain or sometimes from visual clues that affect us.    In the pain setting, it is early "shock."   If it is bad enough, you pass out.
