Pelvic Pain and Painful Urination: Causes and Relief

for a while now i have been getting these pains, i guess in my pelvis area. it doesn't happen very frequently, but maybe every few days or so. when i do get the pelvis pains they only last for a minute, but the pain is terrible. i can barely move when it does it., also i have began getting different pains when i urinate, this started today, but everytime i pee it feels like pins are poking inside me. i normally do have minor lower back pain but for about a week or so my back pain has been so bad and it is in my lower back still but mostly the worst pain is right in the center , middle of my back. and the last thing which is minor pain, is a little discomforting pain in my low abdomen during sex. please tell me what you think my problem may be. thank you.

this could be as simple as a bladder infection or could be a uterus infection... other problems are ovarian cysts, endometriosis.  Pelvic pain gets complicated and there are a lot of possibilities.... start out with a complete examination including a urine test.  Hope this helps...
