Understanding Lymphatic System Blood Test Results: What Does 'Lymph Rel' Mean?

Question
My wife, who had breast cancer 10 years ago, recently had a general blood test and only area came back "flagged". She received a print out from her doctor weithout explanation and now, at home, we note an area athat causes us to wonder what it means. Under Lymph rel (whatever that means) there is the result of 0.117 and a flag of "L"  which we assume to mean low. What does lymph rel mean and could it have anything to do with lymph nodes that could popssibly require checking etc etc??
thanks for any information

Answer
you are right, flagged means outside of the normal range.  The normal range means what 95% of normal people fall into.  The flipside means that 5% of "normal people" are outside of that range.

L does mean low... having a mildly low value there really does not set off any red flags with me, provided the other numbers are normal
