Light Periods: Causes, Changes, and When to See a Doctor

I am 31 yrs old.  For the last two months I have had pretty light periods, lighter than normal for me anyway.  I have taking a home pregnancy test each month with negative results.  Do know what else it could be or what test I should ask my doctor to do?

this is normal in some women as they age. your body is changing and just ajusting to the changes. from chemical make-up,to hormonal changes. are bodies change as we get older.

this is harmless,just make sure you see your GYN yearly for your routine pap smear and check-ups;
