QuestionHi. Probably around last October or November, I turned around quickly and hit my hand on the corner of a wall. The 3 fingers that hit the wall have been sore off and on ever since. My fingers still have complete mobility, and it doesn't really bother me that much, but I'm wondering why it still feels a little sore after 3 or 4 months.
Thanks
AnswerThere are a lot of structures that hold the hand together.... it is possible you cracked a bone or you bruised the ligament structure and you are left with some soreness... at this point, I would try an aggressive rehab, meaning strengthening, such as squeezing a tennis ball twice a day for 5 minutes or hand grip, etc. It should fade over time.
