Understanding Bumps on Child's Hand: Causes & What to Do

Question
Sorry- I guess I didn't explain it very well.
The bumps are solid, and are red. If you run your hand over the finger, you can feel a little bump out of the ordinary.

They are 2 bumps on her left pinky, and 1 bump on the hand next to that.

Maybe her fingers are growing, but I'm not really sure! What could it be?

Thankyou

Answer
Hi Sophie,
Again, and this is through no fault of yours, Dermatologic description needs to be very specific. I would think just from the general statement that these are abnormal for a girl her age and it might be useful to remove one and have it sent off for a pathologic diagnosis. I wish I could be of more help, but these sorts of questions (physically descriptive ones) are the most difficult to answer in this sort of forum.
