Understanding Lumps, Bleeding & Pain: Possible Causes & What to Do

I have little bumps on my lips and around the anus. I haven't had sex, oral, or a fingering. I've kissed like one boy two years ago. When I get my period I bleed nearly black and it smellls horrid. I get sharp pains around my tubes and cramps really really really bad. They are small little white bumps and some of them are brown. They are kinda hard. I have a family history of cancers. Hysterectomys are very common. I had two periods since january 2010. I'm only 14. I get cramps even when Im not on my period. My family would disown me if they found out I had something. Tell me what I might have and I need to know what they are going to do and what they are going to tell my guardian. I can't keep anything down either.help me please
