Pregnancy & Endometriosis: Understanding Risks & Future Fertility
QuestionHey there I was reading some questions about pregnancy and endometriosis well i was diagnosed with it about 6 months ago i went to the hospital and I was put on meds well I found out about a week ago that I was a month and a half pregnant I am no longer taking the medication and I feel like I'm okay but can you tell me what could happen if I still have it am I going to be able to have a child and keep it I really want this baby and I don't want to lose it to this horrible disease what would be the best solution thank you.

Well you have half the battle already conquered...its usually harder for endo women to even get pregnant!
But your pregnancy should be normal, as a matter of fact, once you have your baby, you will experience a few months of reprieve after giving birth. Most endo women do feel pretty good after birth and then endo creeps back into your life. Giving birth sort of cleans out the plumbing so to speak.
I wouldn't worry about your pregnancy...you are on your way! Best of luck to you!
