Positive Pregnancy Test Despite Contraception: Seeking Medical Advice

i m shagufta.my last l.m.p was 21 april 2010, i chk and pregnancy report was positive. doctor gave me the medicine and on 13th may  my bleedind stats it was fr 3 days. after 5 days i started suffering frm belching. i retest on 3 jun 2010 the report was positive. i dnt want to be pregnanat. i had protected sex. is this a reason why report is still positive? pls suggest me. my email id-

Thank you for the correction. It still doesn't quite make sense, but it makes more sense than before. How could you know you are pregnant only three weeks after your last menstrual period?

You didn't say what medicine the doctor gave you. In spite of that, it is unlikely that the medicine did anything other than cause you to bleed. The timing was wrong. It was too late for a "morning after" medication and too early for any other kind of medication. At this point, it is too late for any kind of medicine. That said, I can offer you some thoughts.

Your pregnancy test might still be positive because it takes time for pregnancy hormones to go away. But I don't think that is the case. Also, "protected" sex doesn't prevent pregnancy. The idea that it does is just a lie. So it is likely you are still pregnant.

I think you are asking me to tell you how to end your pregnancy. As I mentioned the last time, these medications can kill you. So can a surgical abortion. So what you are really asking me is to help you endanger your life, or possibly kill yourself. I won't do that. Even though you don't want to be pregnant, there are things that are far worse. Killing yourself is one of them. Your pregnancy would end naturally in a few months anyway. Pregnancy is not the end of the world. It's not all that dangerous, and it doesn't have to interfere with your life. You may be facing problems, and you may need help. Please tell me what problems you are facing, and where in India you live. I'll see what I can do to find help for you.
