AnswerEspecially if you have irregular cycles, I would highly recommend you check into fertility awareness or natural family planning techniques. By monitoring things like your body temperature, vaginal/cervical mucous, and cervical shape and position, you can pinpoint when you are ovulating and time intercourse for when you are most fertile (5 days prior to ovulation until 1 day after ovulation). By using this method, you will have a 20% chance of conceiving with each fertile cycle, and you should be pregnant in six months, a year at the most.
Good luck!
