im going on a camping trip next week and i dont want to be on my period so i was wondering if it would be a bad idea to just start another pack of my pill instead of letting my period start by not skipping the week i should

Sorry that I did not get your question until now. You're probably already on the camping trip. I don't recommend altering the way the birth control method works.
