Emergency Contraception & Pill Vomiting: Pregnancy Risk Assessment

My wife is on the pill (Yaz, btw) and takes her doze everynight at the same time for about one and a half year now (with not a single pill missed whatsoever). Nevertheless, on friday she took her pill after a couple of drinks and we had intercourse, about two and a half hours later she threw up. Are we at risk of becoming pregnant?

I think your risk of pregnancy is very slight (almost none).  Since it was 2 1/2 hours after taking the pill, probably most of the pill had been absorbed and did not come out when she vomited.  I suppose she could have taken another pill after vomiting just to be sure, but her risk of pregnancy is very tiny.
