Spotting While on Birth Control: Causes & What to Do

i've been on ortho tri cyclen lo for a year and a half and never had any spotting until yesterday. im about half way through my pill pack im wondering why i could be spotting? i have been takin a daily multivitamin and omega 3 supplement for about 5 days now could this be the reason? please help. thank you.

Please consult your doctor or pill provider. I don't advise any woman to use any kind of hormonal birth control pills because of possible risks to health and side effects. Let me know your thoughts on this.
