Navigating a Third Pregnancy: Options, Sonogram Accuracy & Health Concerns

Complicated situation:  I've had two abortions in the past.  I'm pregnant for the third time by one of two men.  The first is my boyfriend whom i love very much and would love to keep the baby knowing 100% that it was his.  The second is someone who drugged me, and violated me.  Adoption is not an option. Anyway,  three questions:  1. How accurate are the sonograms to determine the date baby was conceived?  2. What is the likelihood of getting pregnant again after a third abortion, because i'm told that it's harder to conceive after abortion(s). 3.  How safe is the RU486 pill? What kind of permanent damages are caused by it?
