QuestionQUESTION: i am 3.5 weeks pregnant. i had been taking Cytotec for the last 10 days (6X/day). i had some cramps the first day with some light bleeing all day long and i saw small matters. then the bleeding stoped but some brown things still shown. and the pregnancy test indicates me with a positive sign. i have strong breast aches and always menstrual pain but without bleeding. im still taking the cytotec pills every 4 hours but nothing happened to me. am i still pregnant? please note that i cannot visit the doctor because i am living in a country where abortion is forbiden and non married woman will go to jail if she gets pregnant/ pls help me, i am 31 years old and got no one to help, i feel like killing myself.

Try taking the cytotec 4 at a time, 24 hours apart, for 3 days. The best way to take it is to put all four tablets in your vagina, and let them dissolve. If this doesn't work, you should consider just getting an evaluation, and say that you're pregnant and bleeding - you can easily disguise it as a miscarriage. Write me back after three days and let me know what happens.

QUESTION: first let me have the chance to thank u so much for your prompt replies. i really trust your advice. Regarding my problem i had, i have had doing as you have advised me in taking 4 cytotec at a time for 3 days. and i put them all in my vagina. this is my second day, and i have cramps and there is bleeding. still got breast pain. but bleeding gives me hope. and i hope i will have the abortion without any complication. but my question is, tomorrow will be my 3rd day and the last as u told me. but i have a flight in the afternoon. Will it have any effect on me? and if i face any difficulties in the airplane, what shall i do? maybe heavy bleeding or vomiting or nausea?! any advice for this? and after all the bleeding, do u think i have lost the baby? because the test is still positive.

If you have bled more than a period, you probably don't need to take the third dose. The pregnancy is most likely over. If you have a question of whether you have bled more than a period, take the third dose, just in case. I would do it after you get off the plane - you don't have to do it right away. See if in the next week your pregnancy symptoms are going away, then check a pregnancy test one week from now, and then two weeks from now and compare them. They should be getting lighter.
