I would be more than happy if u can just clear my mind who is having loads of wanted/unwanted thoughts.
I had a medical abortion on 13th jan 2009. I was about 6 to 7 weeks pregnant. I took Mifepristone but did not bleed at all and after 24 hrs i took Misoprostol n started bleedin in about half an hr very heavily. I continued for about 10 days. bleeding was geting lesser day by day. it was quite heavy then my usual periods which was obvious. i didnt go for any check ups as i was very scared. my bf did offer me help & support more then required but i was not willing to go to a dr.
in feb., i had only spotings. in march my periods (only spotings again) started on 6th n went uptil 5-6 days. On 14th & 19th march i had unprotected sex. though, after both the acts, each time i took Misoprostol 2 tabs. i was very very freaked so i took it.
on 5th april i started bleeding again. as in periods. but again its only n only spoting. between al thz i had taken 3 home pregnancy test, over a perod of time, the latest was on 5th April itself, Sunday. all of them were negative.
I am still worried that i mite be pregnant with my first pregnancy. if not that i mite get pregnant now. u can say that i m having a pheobia as i went thru a very bad phase during the first medical abortion. this was the reason i took Misoprostol without any knowledge after having sex.
now i feel very very dizzy while at work. it may be coz of constant use of computer but it is again makin me worry thinking that it is because of pregnancy ?! also, i m havin stomach burns. as if i having an upset stomach (but its not like tht) or i have feeling that i m hungry evn though i have eaten 2 hrs before.
I am very very worried cheryl. I need you help immediatly. I come from a very conservative family. I have no one who can help me. I cant go to a dr for check up thou i want to go desperatly. My bf is not here any more. I havnt talked to my friends about al this.
Please help me to know following:
1) Am i pregnant ? (very impt to know) i ask thiz because i have read that there can be spoting even while your pregnant.
2) was the time gap between the last sex act (19th march) and last pregnancy test (5th april) enough to detect pregnancy ?
3) will my preiods get normal like before ? as in..will bleeding get heavier then jst spoting ?
4) i want to have babies in say another 3-4 yrs time. will taking these pills or because of past history cause any effect on that ? inshort...can i get pregnant without any complications ??
Please please help me soon. i need your guidance and support.

I'll do the best I can with your question. But I won't be able to answer all the questions you asked. Nobody can tell you over the internet whether you are pregnant or not, not even a doctor. The only way to know is to test your hormones.
Since you are from UAE, that does pose a problem.
Given all the hormones and other medications you have taken, your body is going to be pretty unbalanced at this point, so anything is possible.
As I understand it, a woman doesn't normally bleed during a medical abortion until she takes the second pills. We also have no idea of what the long term implications for being able to have a normal pregnancy after a medical abortion are concerned, simply because it hasn't been in use long enough. I also wouldn't begin to guess what the problem with your stomach is.
I can understand your concern about going to a doctor, too. Is there any chance you can go to another country for awhile, where you can get the help you need? That's really the only thing I can think of. I have investigated UAE for resources, and have been totally unable to find anything.
I will be here for you to talk to, but I doubt if I can do much more for you. You'll just have to be patient. Obviously, the first thing you must do is not have sex again until you are married. That way, you won't have to worry about pregnancy, and you won't be taking more dangerous medications.

I m on my 4th day of period. which is just spotting. and i did a pregnancy test on last sunday, 5th april (same day after few hrs i experienced spoting) and b4 that i did it on 29th march. both the results were negative. u think still there r chances of error. i can get the home preg kit again n get the test done. dr., u think its just in my head or i still need to worry ?!

First, please know that I am not a doctor. I am simply a woman who has studied very much and talked to a lot of women.
You have taken so many hormones that it is very hard to say what is going on with your body. You can wait another week and test again. Most likely by then, if you are pregnant, it will show up, but again, you might wait another week and test. You could also have delayed your period by being under so much stress. And the hormones could also be responsible for your lack of a normal period. Before too long, if you are pregnant, the most reliable sign would be that your breasts would become tender and start to grow.
You haven't said whether you would be able to go to another country to get a doctor's help. Is that a possibility?
I am sure you are well aware of the danger you are in by being in the UAE, even from people you should be able to trust. I don't know if I can suggest any other alternatives, because they might also result in endangering you.
