AnswerHi, gianna,
The detail you gave me is helpful; the message isn't too long. You didn't tell me how far along you were. There is only a very narrow window during which these pills work well, and you may have been outside that window. Or it may be you have leftover hormones.
I am surprised they told you to insert the pills. I didn't think they were doing that in the United States anymore, because it is so dangerous. This can cause toxic shock syndrome, and this can kill a woman within hours.
I recommend you go to a different doctor. The personnel where you got the pills will not want to admit that what they did wasn't successful. Have a doctor test your hormones. Perhaps he or she can give you better information.
If it turns out you still are pregnant, it is important that you take no further action without the recommendation of that doctor, because if you took the pills too late, everything may be normal, and anything additional you would do would pose a further risk to your life. Surgical abortion is dangerous, too.
In my opinion, whoever gave you those pills committed malpractice. First, for instructing you to insert them, and second because the manufacturer says that pregnant women should NOT take them. This is because they can cause contractions so severe that they will rupture a woman's uterus, and there is no way to control the strength of the contractions. Not only that, but a lot of women are bleeding to death after taking them.
If you are unable to find a doctor you can trust, I suggest looking in two places. One is to contact the local chapter of La Leche League, and ask the women. They usually know who the good doctors are. The other is to go here and find an organization that can make a recommendation:

Good luck, and please let me know what you find out. Please stay safe!
