Post-Surgical Abortion: What to Expect & When to Seek Follow-Up

I had a surgical abortion yesterday and after my scan they said my pregnancy was very small maybe only 2 or 3 weeks and a risk of the doctor missing some of it. I went ahead anyway fully aware i may have to go back . ive had no bleeding at all just a swolen stomach i look at least 3 months pregnant! i had no sickness or anything  like that before hand so i cannot say that when that stops i will know the pregnancy was aborted. how long shall i wait before i find out if its imcomplete and how do i go about it? Will i have to go back and have the same procedure or more serious ?

You might know yourself when you got pregnant and how many weeks ago that was ?
When the pregnancy was very young a suctioncurettage can do the abortion very well. I can not see from here how successfull the treatment was. It take 3 weeks before the pregtest gets negative anyway.
Normally the bleeding occurs 3 to 4 days after the abortions; so wait and see (and cross your fingers !)
