Hi dr my girl friend did an abortion on 21st of this month, after the abortion she felt weak and pain on her lower belly and later that day she say a blood stain  and the pain continues and on the  second day the blood came out more and about the third day it reduced  on the fourth day we had sex cause she said she has the urge and made me have sex with her even though i never wanted to. Two days ago she fainted and  she started seeing a water like discharge from her vagina  and i am totally confused does it imply that the abortion was not successfull or an infection or what?

You haven't told me the right kind of things so I can venture a guess as to whether the abortion was successful. For one thing, you haven't told me how far along she was. This is important. It sounds like she took pills. The pills are very dangerous, and she needs to leave them alone.

Does the discharge have an odor? Did she put any pills in her vagina? Fainting may mean low blood pressure, and it can also indicate something serious.

Don't have sex with her! Your instincts are good. She shouldn't have to risk her life like that, and if you don't have sex with her, she won't have a reason to risk her life in the future. Tell her it doesn't matter what she WANTS. What you want counts, too, and you don't want to put her at risk.
