Answer
I would regulary recomend that you shoud have your nails removed by a professional, but since you are low in cash i prefer you do it the better way possible at home, than without any cares. Yes you can soak them with acetone and it will remove the tips aswell. The better way to do this is to spread some cuticle oil around the cuticle (to avoid dehydrating them), then soak some cotton balls in acetone, place one over each nail, then wrap each finger tip with aluminium foil with the shinny side inside. Leave for 15-20 min then remove and scrape the softened acrilic and tip (better to do each nail at a time, because if you leave it to dry it will harden again). Repeat if after this step you still have acrilic or tip on your nails. Buff any small residues atached with a buffing block, and return the natural shine to your nails with a 3-way shinner. Apply cuticle oil again to cuticles and nails after the removal and everyday to return them to shape. You may want to do one hand before the other to allow freedom of movements to the working hand. Hope this solves your problem, and if you have any question don't hesitate to contact me again.
