QuestionHi,
A while ago I damaged my toe (the one right next to my big one) when i wasn't paying attention and accidently hit one of the metal legs of my chair. It bled internally underneath of the nail surface so there was a dark spot there.
After it dried up, i scraped the dry blood out so that the nail could grow back more easily but recently, someone accidently stepped on that toe so the part of the nail that was already loose (where the dried blood used to be) was cracked so i cut it off since there was nothing else that I could do about it.
My question is, is there anything that i can put on there or anything that I could do to make the nail grow back faster?
It looks a bit odd considering that only about a fourth of the nail broke off.
Thanks so much for your help!
AnswerTara,
Unfortunately, it takes a good 6 months for your entire toe nail to grow out! The only thing you can do to speed up the process is by Taking an herbal supplement called Biotin. It promotes healthy hair and nail growth. I take it every morning and my nails grow super fast! Give it a try it cant hurt. they sell it at any whole foods or vitamins stores. Good luck:)
