QuestionI have just gone over to gel nail polish after years of using normal nail varnish and matt colours in my airbrush and was wondering if you Could tell me if I can airbrush with gel nail polish.
AnswerHi thanks for your question :) As far as I am aware there is no gel polish on the market that would be suitable for an airbrush gun.
Given the thicker viscosity of gel formulations, I think it nwould be highly unlikely that this will eventuate, however, in time, who knows! The other consideration is due to the UV curing properties, there is a high risk of damage caused to the gun from particulate hardening.
