Understanding Silver Oxide: Can it be Reconstituted?

Can you melt silver oxide to become a solide piece of silver and if you can how would you go about it, i have some silver oxide from a job i worked at that is in a powder state but not sure if it is worth even trying to melt is it possible to make a silver bar out of it

I have no idea what silver oxide is.

You either have silver, or the chemical that will oxidise silver......
What was the job? You may have something which is called silver oxide, which has nothing to do with silver.

This sounds quite bizarre to me.
